Anyone trying to access the blog over the past few hours noticed that everything had gone bye-bye. 404 messages galore. I apologize for the technical snag. I spent most of the day tracing it down with Bluehost tech support. The feeling was not unlike this:

Leia: They’re getting closer.
Han Solo: Oh, yeah? Watch this.
[he throws the hyperdrive lever, the engine sputters and dies]
Leia: Watch what?
Han Solo: I think we’re in trouble.
C-3PO: If I may say so, sir, I noticed earlier the hyperdrive motivator has been damaged. It’s impossible to go to lightspeed.
Han Solo: We’re in trouble.

We finally located all the old files, corrected the config file that was at the root of the problem, and got everything back online. I’d like to give a shoutout at this time to Jeremy at Bluehost, who handled things with skill and professionalism.

So now both jimsnowden.com and mmipriffs.theinternetplayhouse.com are fully functional.

Now if I could just get out of this carbonite…
