The reading I did at Inklings Bookstore in Yakima last weekend was six kinds of fun–special thanks to Emily, events goddess–but most of you reading this post were in no position to see it. Sadly, the technology we were using to record the event failed us, so I figured the least I could do would be to record a studio version of the chapter I read on Saturday. (Actually, the least I could do would be nothing, but here at jimsnowden.com, I believe in going one better than nothing.)

Sadly, I can’t reproduce the Q&A session afterwards. That was a blast.
